Delivery Scheduling
Once you purchase a mattress set from Home Budget Center, you will be emailed an order confirmation. Within the confirmation email, you will be assigned your own personal client representative. Your Home Budget Center client representative will be your direct contact and ensure the smooth execution of your order and delivery. Deliveries are usually made from within approximately 1 to 3 weeks of order placement. If the mattress is in-stock, the purchase can be delivered within 1 week. If the mattress needs to be ordered from the manufacturer, the delivery is usually scheduled within 2 weeks of the order placement. These timeframes are estimates based upon our usual business process and are not guarantees.
